This is a list of useful ReDo list of items to check when looking for a new house.

• South Facing Garden
• Large Bathroom
• Laundry Room
• Wine Storage. Cool room
• Changing Room
• Tool Storage Space
• Small Appliance Storage. Where can you store vacuum cleaner and ironing board
• Tall Ceilings
• Gas Central Heating. How old is the boiler? Is it high efficiency?
• Wooden Floors. What condition are they in? Can they be sanded?
• Garden Shed
• Smooth Opening Kitchen Units. Open drawers and cupboards - determine if they need replacing
• Water Pressure. Try turning on the shower
• Check For Signs Of Damp
• Council Tax Band
• Approximate Monthly Bills. Could indicate any heating problems
• Original Features. Is the fireplace authentic? Victorian cornicing?
• Garden Shed
• Electrical Powerpoints. Is there adequate power for kitchen appliances and home theatre?
• Shaver Socket
• Flight Path. Visit at different times to check for airplane noise
• Friendly Neighbours. Try and talk to neighbours to find out about the area
• Local Shops. Can you easily get a punt of milk?
• Local Transportation
• Fridge Spacing. Will the kitchen easily accomodate a replacement fridge (eg does it have a standard space)
• Easy Moving Access. Can you easily move a couch in (eg any width restrictions or awkward corners)
